We love sharpening knives! Whether you are cutting a trail through the woods, filleting a fish, or chopping a tomato having a good sharp knife is important. Having a sharp knife at hand will not only make it safer to handle but makes the cuts more accurate. Let the knife do the work so you don't have to.
When it comes right down to it, having a sharp knife is the point. We are locally owned and operated, and love sharpening knives! The owner of the company, Mr. Fuller, was born and raised right here in the compunity. He is still an active member of the North Houston Area, including Conroe, Willis, Montgomery, Shenendoah, The Woodlands, Spring, Magnolia, and Cut N' Shoot.
Occationally I'll have someone ask "Why do I need such a sharp knife?" Well there's more reasons than I can go into, but for one it's safer! Having a dull blade means you have a much higher likelyhood of the knife turning instead of making a clean cut and acctually cutting yourself in the process. Although one other good reason is explained in the video below by someone who knows food quite a bit better than I.
